Will my LMS accept the SCORM zip?
Yes — that's the design constraint. Scormio exports SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, and HTML5. We test against the major LMSs (Cornerstone, Docebo, LearnUpon, Canvas, Moodle, TalentLMS) before every release. If your LMS rejects a zip, that's a bug — open a ticket and we'll fix it.
What if the AI gets it wrong? Do I have to start over?
No. Step-by-step mode gives you three approval gates — outline, storyboard, and rendered module. Reject at any gate to regenerate with feedback. Even after the module is rendered, the review portal lets you edit slide text, narration, bullets, and images inline. No regeneration required.
What does a credit actually pay for? How far do they go?
A credit pays for the finished module — all-in.A 12-slide module runs roughly 70–90 credits, including AI image generation; the outline screen shows the exact cost before you commit. Buy more anytime with credit packs ($25–$225); packs never expire.
Can my SMEs leave feedback without a Scormio account?
Yes. Share a review link. Anyone with the link can leave click-to-comments on the rendered module — they hear the narration, see the visuals, and comment on the real thing, not the storyboard. No account, no seat cost, no friction. Comments appear in your editor, edits apply inline.
Can I match my company's brand?
Logo upload and style presets are on every paid plan. Style presets are curated palette + typography pairings. Custom backgrounds (your own or stock library) ship with every paid tier. Full white-label — your domain, your wordmark on the player — is Enterprise.
What happens if I cancel? Do I lose my modules?
You keep every SCORM zip you've downloaded — they're yours.Cancellation stops credit renewal; modules already shipped to your LMS keep running. If you've hosted modules on Scormio's LMS, you have 30 days to re-export before they're archived. No lock-in by design.
